Compassionate Home Care will ask to obtain your health information from your doctor(s), family, and others as needed. This information will be used to provide the proper treatment plan. Compassionate Home Care may also schedule a time to meet with you at your home, to familiarize our staff with your home surroundings. We may offer suggestions and tips for making things easier and safer for the client.
